Terms and Conditions
1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by nxtskin. By ordering or receiving treatment, you accept the terms and conditions. The services are governed by Norwegian law, including the Patient and User Rights Act, the Health Personnel Act, the Contracts Act and the Consumer Purchases Act where relevant.
2. Services
nxtskin offers cosmetic and medical aesthetic treatments, including microneedling and other skin treatments. All treatments are performed by authorized healthcare personnel or qualified cosmetic therapists in accordance with applicable regulations.
3. Consultation and consent
All clients must undergo a consultation prior to treatment. The client must provide correct health history and relevant information. Treatment is only provided after written or electronic consent in accordance with the Health Personnel Act § 16.
4. Informed consent
Before treatment, the therapist has reviewed all relevant information about the treatment with the client, including:
purpose and expected results
possible side effects and risks
necessary aftercare and self-care
alternative treatments, if relevant
The client confirms that all information has been explained in an understandable manner, and that the client has had the opportunity to ask questions. The client confirms that they have received and understood all information, and consents to the treatment by signing the consent form or providing written/electronic confirmation. This consent applies to the treatment in question and documents that the client is fully informed and understands the treatment.
5. Results
Results vary individually. nxtskin cannot guarantee specific results, as the outcome is influenced by factors such as skin type, lifestyle and compliance with recommendations.
6. Risks and side effects
All treatments carry risks. Possible side effects include redness, swelling, irritation or other skin reactions. The customer confirms having received information about this before treatment.
7. Age limit
All treatments are only offered to people over 21 years of age, unless written consent from a guardian has been given.
8. Booking and cancellation
Appointments must be cancelled no later than 24 hours before the agreed time. In the event of late cancellation or no-show, nxtskin may demand payment for the entire treatment.
9. Payment
Payment is made upon completion of treatment by card, Vipps or invoice. nxtskin reserves the right to change prices with prior notice on the website.
10. Limitation of liability
nxtskin is only liable for direct damage resulting from gross negligence or violation of statutory requirements. Indirect losses or cosmetic result guarantees are not covered.

Processing of personal data follows Norwegian law and GDPR. See our privacy statement below.
12. Changes to terms
NxtSkin may update the terms. Changes are published on the website and come into effect immediately unless otherwise stated.
